About virtual infant sleep support

Not every family needs overnight care. Sometimes parents simply need experienced guidance to understand what their baby is communicating and determine what changes may help everyone get more rest.

Coach Jackie offers virtual infant sleep consultations for families who want personalized support from the comfort of their own home.

Virtual consultations may include:

  • Reviewing your baby's current sleep and feeding rhythms
  • Discussing naps, wake windows and bedtime routines
  • Identifying patterns that may be interfering with sleep
  • Age-appropriate sleep expectations
  • Creating realistic bedtime and nighttime routines
  • Supporting healthy sleep habits as baby develops
  • Helping parents understand sleep cues and overtiredness
  • Discussing transitions as baby's sleep needs change
  • Developing a personalized sleep plan for your family
  • Follow-up guidance and parent education

Approach and booking

Jackie's approach is developmentally informed and family-centered. The goal isn't to force every baby into the same schedule. It's to help parents better understand their baby's needs and create routines that are realistic for their household.
