   Jackie has been with us since that time, almost 6 years, and in that time has become a beloved, trusted member of our family. First and foremost, Jackie absolutely adores our daughter, and she cares for her as if she is her own child. Yet, almost as importantly, Jackie has always respected the boundaries of our family unit and has never encroached on those boundaries.

   Jackie generally has great initiative. She sees something that needs to be done and she does it. ... In fact, a couple of years ago we promoted Jackie to House Manager.
