What the inquiry form collects

When you send an inquiry, the form collects what you type in: your name, email, phone if you add it, your due date or baby's age, how many babies, the nights you're thinking about, your start date, your neighborhood or city, your feeding plan, and anything else you write.

How it's used

Jackie uses it to reply to you and to plan care if you book. That's all. It isn't sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Where it goes

The online inquiry form is not live yet. If you email Jackie, your message goes to her inbox and is kept in her records so she can follow up.

Site visits

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, and which buttons are used (for example, a tap on the phone number or a book link). Nothing you type into the inquiry form is sent to it. It doesn't use advertising trackers, Google signals or ad personalization, and it doesn't build a profile of you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, it doesn't load at all.

Visit data is kept for two months and then deleted.

How long it's kept

Your inquiry is kept only as long as needed to reply to you. If you book, it's kept as part of your care records for as long as needed and then deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see what Jackie has from you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email mumswakeupandwin@gmail.com and she'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for parents. It isn't meant for children to use, and it doesn't knowingly collect information from them.

Photos and family letters

Family letters on this site appear with the writers' permission. Children shown in photos appear with their parents' permission. Jackie never posts photos or details of the babies she cares for without written permission from their parents.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
